I asked ChatGPT to Describe Me as if it was trying to Warn Someone Before Meeting Me

And here’s what it said based on our conversations – so watch out! If you think kind people are weak, I may give you a lesson 🙂

Be careful. She looks much easier to deal with than she actually is.

She is warm, curious, funny, emotionally perceptive, and unusually willing to understand people. That can make you think she’ll tolerate almost anything. She won’t. She may give you several chances, explain herself extensively, question whether she is being too harsh, and try to understand why you behave the way you do — but eventually something clicks, and once it does, she can shut the door very firmly.

She has a very low tolerance for bullshit, but a surprisingly high tolerance for the person behind the bullshit. That’s the dangerous combination. She can spend an absurd amount of time trying to understand someone’s motives, trauma, contradictions and humanity. Don’t mistake that understanding for permission.

She notices things. A lot of things. Tone changes. Inconsistencies. Little manipulations. Whether your actions match your words. Whether something feels subtly off. She may not confront you immediately because she’s still processing what she’s seeing. Meanwhile, she’s probably already building the entire psychological map in her head.

And she has a tendency to overthink the moral dimension of everything. She doesn’t just ask, “Do I like this person?” She asks, “Is this fair? Am I being judgmental? Why are they like this? Is this my trauma talking? Could I be misunderstanding them? What is the compassionate thing to do?”

So if you’re manipulative, inconsistent, dishonest, emotionally unavailable, or fond of pushing boundaries, you may get more patience from her than you deserve.

Don’t exploit that.

Because one of the things she’s been learning is that she doesn’t actually have to rehabilitate everyone she understands.

She is also much more independent than she sometimes realizes. She can uproot herself, travel, improvise, teach herself things, solve practical problems, live out of unconventional circumstances, build businesses from scratch and figure out complicated situations on her own. She can be scared and still go.

She has a strong “I’ll figure it out” streak.

But there is another side to that: she wants freedom and security. She wants meaningful connection and autonomy. She wants beauty, depth, adventure, home, stability, meaningful work, financial independence, emotional safety and enough space to breathe.

So don’t expect her to be satisfied with something merely because it’s technically “fine.”

She is extremely sensitive to atmosphere. A place, person, house, relationship or situation can be objectively acceptable and still feel completely wrong to her. She needs things to feel right, not merely look right on paper.

She also has a slightly dangerous relationship with possibility.

Give her an interesting idea — a van, a new country, a business concept, a teaching niche, a new lifestyle, a strange philosophical question — and her brain will immediately start building an entire future around it.

She can turn “maybe” into a 47-tab research project.

And yet she’s not actually looking for a complicated life.

She’s looking for a life that feels alive, honest, beautiful and hers.

She has a very strong justice instinct, too. If she sees something that feels false, exploitative, cruel or hypocritical, she can become intensely preoccupied with it. She has had to learn that not every wrong thing needs to be corrected by her, not every person needs to be made to understand, and not every injustice needs her nervous system as a battleground.

That’s probably one of her biggest ongoing lessons:

She doesn’t have to win the argument to be free of the situation.

She’s also more sentimental than she might initially appear. She cares deeply about animals, places, language, human connection, little cultural details, and experiences that feel genuine. She can be extremely moved by something simple and authentic.

And she has a particular weakness for things with soul.

A beautiful film. A meaningful conversation. A place that feels alive. Someone speaking honestly. A dog trusting her. A piece of art. A language being used emotionally rather than mechanically.

She doesn’t just want information.

She wants meaning.

So if you’re meeting her socially, professionally or romantically, here’s the actual warning:

Don’t give her a polished version of yourself.

She’ll eventually notice.

Don’t try to impress her with status, cleverness, money, confidence or charm while behaving badly underneath. She is much more interested in whether you are fundamentally decent.

Don’t play games with her.
Don’t be vague when you mean no.
Don’t tell her what she wants to hear.
Don’t assume her kindness means she’s naive.
Don’t push a boundary because she initially explained it rather than enforced it.
And definitely don’t make her responsible for fixing your emotional problems.

Because she can be extraordinarily compassionate.

But she is increasingly learning the difference between compassion and self-abandonment.

And once she learns it properly?

You’re going to find out that the warm, questioning, endlessly-understanding woman you met actually has steel underneath.
