I help you Write a Bilingual Travel Diary

Hi, I’m Emilie, a native French speaker and a creative person and I want to help you Learn French through creating your Own Travel Diary.

Have you ever dreamed of having a Travel Diary to share with others that amazing experience you’ve had?

240€ for 4 Creative Writing Sessions
We need in average 12 sessions to complete the Project

If that sounds exciting, I’m inviting you to join me on a Creative Journey to create your own Bilingual Travel Diary.

This is not just about learning French—it’s about:

  • discovering your creativity,
  • exploring the world,
  • and finding your unique voice in two languages.

Why Create a Bilingual Travel Diary?

  1. Preserve Your Memories: Whether it’s the scent of lavender in Provence or the taste of a buttery croissant in Paris, your diary becomes a treasure chest of your experiences.
  2. Learn French Through Context: Writing about your Life and Travels makes French vocabulary and grammar more personal and easier to remember.
  3. Express Yourself Creatively: Combine writing, sketches, photos, and even ticket stubs to make your diary truly yours.
  4. Track Your Progress: As your diary fills up, you’ll see how your French improves over time—both in confidence and fluency!

What Will the Journey Look Like?

This Bilingual Travel Diary project is designed to be fun, creative, and tailored to your personal interests.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

  1. Learn Essential Travel Vocabulary in French
    We’ll start with the basics—words and phrases that help you navigate travel situations. From ordering un café to asking for directions (Où est la gare ?), you’ll learn practical expressions to use and write in your diary.
  2. Develop Your Writing Skills
    Don’t worry if you’re new to writing in French! I’ll guide you with simple prompts and templates to help you get started. For example:
    • Write about your morning routine while traveling ;
    • Describe a special meal you enjoyed in detail ;
    • Reflect on a meaningful encounter during your journey.
  3. Make It Visual & Interactive
    A travel diary isn’t just about words—it’s about creativity! Add doodles, photos, or souvenirs from your trips. I’ll even teach you how to caption your photos in French, like:
    • La vue du sommet de la montagne était incroyable.
      (The view from the top of the mountain was incredible.)
  4. Combine Cultures
    As you learn French, you’ll also gain insights into the culture. We’ll include idiomatic expressions, fun facts, and cultural tidbits that make your writing come alive.
  5. Celebrate Your Progress
    By the end of the journey, you’ll have a completed bilingual travel diary to be proud of—something you can revisit for years to come!
