Dear Human,

I’m sorry the world has made you think that it was an unsafe place.

I’m sorry your life has shown you that fear was the answer, instead of love.

I’m sorry to see that your fear to be seen in your whole being has made you develop all sorts of complex and negative emotions that handicap you in the way you relate to others.

Here is what I want you to understand:

True power doesn’t come from proving yourself to others or putting other people down.

That kind of power is fragile—it depends on controlling how others see you, and that control never lasts.

Real Power, the kind that inspires respect and connection, comes from something much deeper:
the courage to be Real, Open, and Vulnerable.

Positive Social Impact

It takes strength to let others see who you truly are, to admit when you’re struggling, or to trust others with your feelings. But when you do, something amazing happens—people stop resisting you.

They start respecting you not out of fear, but because they see the human being behind the image. That kind of respect is unshakable, and it can open doors to relationships and opportunities you may not have imagined.

When we put others down or hide behind a facade, we might feel in control for a moment, but we actually push people further away.

The strongest people don’t need to diminish others to feel strong—they inspire others by lifting them up.

And the world needs leaders who can do that.
