My client is a therapist and she’s willing to organize wellness retreats and build a clinic to help parents who need support after losing a child. And because she’s just switched careers, we’ve had work to do on her LinkedIn profile and our challenges where around:
- Creating a bilingual profile
- Clarifying what she does as an entrepreneur now, what she’s aiming for and what she has to offer
- Creating a banner that is related to where she lives now as she’s moved countries
- Use pictures that are both professional and personal so she recognizes her in her marketing / communication
- Updating the profile picture with a photograph that is welcoming, serious and elegant at the same time
- Defining a tagline and 3 WORDS that give a fair idea of what she does: Breathe, Feel, Walk so people can easily know how she can help them
BEFORE / AFTER
Before we worked on it, she had a personal holiday picture of herself, like the kind of picture you take after eating an ice-cream and a simple picture of the sea with nothing written on it, so she wasn’t helping people understand who she was and what she could offer at all.
So we’ve taken time to rearrange everything and to create a bespoke LinkedIn profile for her. We’ve also updated the title, the location, put EN/FR to establish that she’s bilingual, etc. Lots of small changes that make all the difference in the end!!
