A new coworking & relaxing space for the employees is what you can see below on this picture

And it’s the last thing I’ve done for this company after all of this:
The CNPR, a public structure that had been creating distance learning in the field of agriculture for more than 50 years, has been attached by the Ministry to the AgroSup Dijon school of agronomy.
Nevertheless, the transition in terms of communication had not been made. The old logo had been kept, the graphic charter had not been associated with that of AgroSup Dijon, etc.
This is why I worked for 12 months to help the teams find a new visual identity and a new communication dynamic that would include their belonging to AgroSup Dijon while promoting their specificity, which is the creation of distance learning courses in the field of agriculture.
In collaboration with the team of graphic designers on site, we created and updated various materials.

It was really necessary for the distance learning branch to get closer to the graphic charter of AgroSup Dijon in order to create a unity.

A new mail signature & a new slogan
With the new communication elements put in place, it has become important to homogenize the agents’ email signatures. This makes it possible to enhance the value of the structure in all its communications with the outside world and to give an internal feeling of belonging to a common project.
The slogan was found through a creative process involving the agents. I organized several three-hour brainstorming workshops with exercises to highlight the main arguments and lines of communication in order to create powerful phrases and slogans.
The slogan chosen was:
Distance learning that brings you closer to your future.
Slogans highlighting other communication arguments have been kept for other uses: flyers, website, poster, etc. They now constitute a toolbox for future communication operations. They now constitute a toolbox for future communication operations.
Here is the picture of the new signature design:

A video clip
In the hall of the structure, visitors are greeted by a TV screen that allows them to scroll through clips presenting the courses.
In collaboration with the audiovisual department, we created this video clip:
A cycle of internal conferences
The management realized that the agents of the structure were poorly or not at all informed of the projects on which the other agents were working.
It was therefore appropriate to set up a monthly cycle of internal conferences called ZOOM during which the teams presented their themes to the rest of the agents.
This reinforces the feeling of belonging to a common project and gives agents the opportunity to more easily exchange information on their respective activities.
