During my training at the IUP Information Communication, I did a two-month internship in a factory of the Michelin group.

My mission was to create a communication space in one of the group’s factories in order to allow the hierarchy to transmit a maximum of information to the employees.
The communication space within the C2 Competition unit :
- a 10 000€ budget
- 2 months to :
- Conceptualise the project,
- Drawing the plans,
- Order all materials,
- Make appointments with all the agents to be involved
- And draw up a schedule of tasks for the project to continue and get finalized even after my mission was over

The components of the communication space
This communication space provided:
- Soundproof rooms with computers connected to the company’s internal information network that can also be used as meeting rooms,
- Rest areas with benches, water fountains, green plants,
- A fairly large TV screen with internal scrolling informations,
- Information boards regularly updated by the heads of department.
The aim of this space was to create a meeting place between the company and its employees, a place of rest and conviviality where a maximum of internal and institutional information would be given in order to give everyone a broader view of the company’s life.

Conclusion du projet de stage
I wrote an internship report and received a mark of 18/20 with an appreciation from my manager corresponding to “beyond expectations”.
My manager gave me this mark because he was surprised by my level of autonomy and my involvement, which made it possible to finalise the project in a very short time.
