Those people who found themselves at the same crossroads as me, a few years earlier, and who chose a different path than I did, those who went to explore those paths that I did not dare to explore.

Sorority: a deep value that I cultivate

Why would sorority be for women retreats only?

Why don’t we include this sorority spirit in our business and work relations?

Women need to understand that they are all one of many women and us together are a unique force that needs to bring more of what we have to bring to the world.

Our world has been led by men in so many parts over the last centuries, with women just surviving, following, feeling sorry to exist…

But this time is over and women must rise and they will rise by supporting each other and moving on shoulder to shoulder.

None of the powerful women you’ve met in your life were isolated. They were leaders because they were surrounded by people who wanted them to become this leader.

These women have found those people who would take them to this place where they will be in full mastery of their own power.

They have found people who could hold their hand towards this beautiful space where they can express themselves fully and change the world.

Where they can raise their voices and let the world know how it should be updated.

If you know one of those strong women, be aware that they need all your support, love, kindness, respect and consideration to arrive where they will change the future for your daughters.

I believe that in each society are born those leaders and then,

Along the way, each society will break them and make this road impossible for them so they will stop shining,

Or,

They will build a golden bridge under their feet so they can raise their voices.
